Joe Rogan is calling out America's bread for being toxic garbage that wouldn't even qualify as food in Europe. He explains how American flour is stripped of nutrients, "enriched" with folic acid many can't metabolize, bleached with chlorine gas, and made to rise with potassium bromate—a known carcinogen banned overseas. On top of that, glyphosate is used to dry wheat before harvest, wreaking havoc on hormones and gut health. Rogan says it’s not gluten intolerance, it’s poison intolerance—our bread is so ultra-processed and chemically altered it’s making Americans sick.

Bread in stores and at restaurants imo are one of the biggest problems with the added gluten, preservatives, and additives. Everything starts in the gut. My wife is a sourdough baker and makes all kinds of flavored bread, pasta, tortillas, etc. The bread is white so I don’t eat whole grain or wheat anymore. She also makes cookies, brownies, cinnamon rolls, scones, granola bars, and dog treats with the starter. It’s a game changer and will improve your health immediately. Beware most of the sourdough bread in stores is fake because they just add vinegar.
