I went through that for a few months last year. I knew when blasts were going happen before they did, body vibrations, energy moving around my body, headaches & more. I feel I have adjusted to it now, or shifted through upgrades. Sleeping really well too. Still have ears ringing though & can go on an emotional journey when big blasts of white light come through...it is an ever changing process🙏
