Remember a few months ago when I saw a red light from the space between my apartment and the hallway in house? I heard a woman's voice and a man's voice there then too, and then shortly afterwards, male and female screams of pain were heard from the east side (as if from the underground of the house next door).
Today the red light was there again. Someone was doing something in the space below my apartment. It could be heard from the side of the red light, as well as from the opposite side of the skylight from my toilet. It's really weird. Now I'm hearing strange female noises again. And again it's like from the east side of the house below me.
On top of that, the light in the house next door went out, at exactly the same moment as the red light went out.
In addition, the electricity in my apartment started to hiccup weirdly. I don't want anything to happen to anyone.
