Yesterday when it got hot Dave and I went down the road to a park by the river and sat in the shade. He still wasn't feeling up to hiking but did feel good enough to take a car ride. So we sat at a picnic table enjoying the breeze.
We could hear an eagle and kept hearing the eagle but could only see the tree tops. Finally I saw two eagles circling in the sky and at one point the locked talons briefly. It was stunning to watch them circling each other about 3 times.
WOW I've never got to see it in person. We take it as a sign we are building STRENGTH !
TODAY he felt good enough to hike down to a favorite spot we gold pan. WOW again the flooding we had this spring buried our rocks we crevice under sand. All the downed trees had washed away. We found some lil gold and bonus Dave started his FenBen and Methylene Blue.

It was amazing for sure. It's on the river and they were flying in big circles side by side for a couple of rounds. Then on the third round they locked talons. It was a thrill.
