Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE) detainees in Florida will soon be housed at a 30-square-mile property in the Everglades that will be surrounded by alligators.

Nicknamed “Alligator Alcatraz,” the facility is being built at the site of an old airport 50 miles outside Miami.
