I grew up in Miami FL in the 60s - 70s with no a/c. There were droning cicadas from the pine trees, and asphalt roads that would burn blisters when you stupidly walked on them (I know 😜) but we didn't hate it. Now there's more concrete and less trees, multiple a/cs in every house, all those antennas in every neighborhood. There is no climate change, especially caused by cow farts. But human ingenuity is baking us in our homes. It's evil. Pure evil.
