I am paying more attention to my metal container gardening & fighting off chipmunks & squirrels - I have hardware cloth under them with mesh cloth over the plants * it still does stop them from trying to get in.....I would love to shoot them but I have gas lines & water lines running everywhere...I swear they know it too....I was shooting them with my grandsons airsoft guns...crazy...Rambo would crawl across the grass....thinking he was outsmarting me....then I have newly planted apple trees to keep the deer away from....the luxury of living in the country..
