Huh? I think you meant baby. Not sure it was in the UK.
When a pregnant woman is murdered it is considered a double homicide...
If they kill the baby upto birth, they can no longer justify the double homicide legal term.
Either a baby is a person, and can be murdered, or, it isn't.
