I have had serious gum issues my whole life, I started swishing Hydrogen Peroxide 1-2 x a week and seemingly my gum issues have vanished.

Lactobacillus..it's a Probiotic. My understanding it is for teeth/Gums. My sister's teeth started coming loose..that is when I found Lactobacillus.
