illegal is criminal in its own right.. they were given a free pass to be flown home. a thousand bucks and the ability to someday come home. any one of them.. how many took it? is unknown but they lost their chance to ever come back to achieve citizenship by not taking that extreme offer. as a resutl they fight the US government. that says more than needs to be said going forward. they were here to take and receive not to be part of our country.. anyone caught without being a hard core criminal has no right to be here any more.. by by
