Roadblocks are not only illegal in Guatemala, they are a direct violation of its Constitution 🇬🇹
US diplomacy 🇺🇸 did not side with the law; they sided with the international left against the law.
The then Police Chief, former minister of mingobguate, was eventually arrested ⤵️
He was charged with failure to uphold the law and disobeying court orders (the Guatemalan equivalent of the@USSupremeCourt
