The Supreme Court has unanimously confirmed that treating someone unfairly because they are white and straight violates the Civil Rights Act.
This ruling affirms that so-called "reverse discrimination" is still discrimination and it’s unlawful.
It’s remarkable that this issue had to reach the highest court, but thankfully, the justices made the right call. This is a step forward toward equal treatment under the law for all.
