He was from France, His was a friend to the old man I bought my building from. He was 92
First time I had ever heard about tank decoys 😊
He said ,he invented the self decomposing land mind too, but the military wasn't interested.
He invented a single lever faucet for the soldier who had their arms blown off.
Was it true I don't know, he had the patent paper work, and designs, Jacques loved sharing his leftover steak dinner with my dog, Happy 😍
