🙋‍♀️ I just got over a "cold." For 7 days I was totally down. No energy long after I should have kicked it. Still not 100%.
When I was a kid and came in tired from playing outside all day my dad jokingly called it fresh air poisoning. I've got a new perspective on that nowadays! Between the poison raining down on us to the harmful frequencies all around us, it's a wonder anyone can function.
