It would cost hundreds of billions of dollars to convert gas and diesel refineries in the US over to be able to refine US light crude into vehicle and airplane fuel.
The yield from the light US crude would be about a third of what Canadin heavy crude yields.
Trumps a business man.
He knows this all too well.
As did the Rockerfellers.
Canada is relieved of billions a year from the US getting oil at a reduced rate.
