If everyone would keep the farmers in your prayers this week. We have had so much rain and the first cutting of hay needed dropped last week but the weather has not cooperated.
Our neighbor was cutting the field next door last evening & I believe he has like 300 acres to get cut during this week of better weather….

But the sky is completely frosted opaque. Just like frosted glass. A COMPLETE WHITE OUT. It will take longer for the grass to dehydrate without direct sun. Not going to complain about what has to be done in that regard, but let us please pray there will be an extended period of dryer weather to compensate for the lack of blue skies & bright sun.

Same here in NE Ohio. Should have had first cutting done, not to mention planting postponements due to weather and soil not dry enough to even plough.
