yup. ive seen it. ive had it. not easy and no one understands unless theyve been there.. just seeing this brings it back but luckily not to the level it used to be. i only say what i am saying cause its real and deep in the mind processing. unless you can force yourself to deal with it..which means the pain comes to the surface and you HAVE to deal with it.. so they dont deal with anything.
