The Biden team spent millions to stage a town hall and Joe was so demented they couldn't even use it.
That means - the crowd was fake, the questions were giving out, and Joe had the answers ahead of time to rehearse - and he still couldn't do it.
We need a special counsel NOW to see who was actually pulling the strings and lock them up.
