I left so-called Christianity after more than 50 years and I can tell, it was the best and most important decision of my life. Christians belong to one of the most mind-controlled groups of our time. To be honest, no, I don't think the majority of people will ever be able to recognize religions as frauds and for what they truly are – sacrifice, ritual, and pedophile cults. All of them. The same spirit of mind control lives in all of them – sacrifice, punishment, eternal damnation, faith instead of knowledge and truth, prohibitions against dealing with certain topics, partial idealization of suffering, poverty, and weakness ("God wants it this way so you learn," blah blah), my list is endless.
