For some this is a hot subject, before Oregon passed laws decriminalization of small amounts of all illicit drugs, I was fine with it saying let the people do what they want, a few years after Oregon passed that law I returned there for work, I was shocked at the number of people walking around like Zombies, and the same goes with Washington, it was so sad to see.
