Every single house in the US is on Zillow.........but doesn't mean they are actually for sale. It is a way to make it easier for Realtors/Owners to list it if you decide to sell. My house is there but it also says not currently on the market

Zillow takes the information from the MLS, the Agents who do the actual work. but still have to pay Zillow for marketing, leads etc. Makes no sense.

You can get it removed, but it takes time. Like google took me 8 months and 3 separate reports to have my home removed off of maps... its frustrating
