If it wasn't constitutional to swear in Biden for president, or preside over the impeachment of a citizen, we should not be surprised. SCOTUS will be front and center on Friday to decide whether to do their duty and hear the states election fraud cases. That is when it counts.
Now wouldn't that be special?
