The image appeats to be manipulated. Some of the distortions on the window are behind the glass snd some are in front of the glass, even in front of the wooden cross bars. There are several layers and some images are incomplete.

I see a bridge in the upper right window pane with a city of lights behind it. It gives me a French vibe. I also see the rooftops of a village in the upper left window pane. That had a British country vibe.
