For the longest time, public schools have talked about the desire to cut music and art funding in their programs.
Think of how many lives art has truly saved, even as adults that came from abusive, broken homes 🏠 think of how school sometimes for that child actually becomes that sacred ground, that save place for a child enduring abusive family in their homes. 🏠
Think of how meditative art 🖼️ truly is, which helps activate brain 🧠 function, memory, and focus 🧘 and even if children are not enduring the above case, how grounding a spiritually enhancing and engaging it is.
Life is all about balance.
You want to be wise in all categories.
From arithmetic, to reading, and writing ✍️
Art is too a fundamental part of our innermost calling as well, we see it, experience it all around us!

To kinda compare the brain 🧠 a neuro typical brain where only certain areas light up and a neurodivergent brain is to also compare it to how a pinecone fully expands once it’s in its prime stage (all areas of the brain activated) and not just emphasized on one side or the other.
