I was here early in 2021, then got "spooked". I am back because I want to live. I read a lot. I observe. I listen. I have faith in us.
"The suspect is a "pro-mortalist," or follower of "Efilism," which believes sentient life is a curse that needs to be destroyed."
It sounds like there is some element of AI in this story that may emerge. Why else use the word sentient?
