Hi there, I don't want to minimize your concern, which is valid, but give them some time, they might land up adding more value over time than any American...
Give them a fair chance. They didn't come illegally, just try. If you don't want them after a while, send them back, but, if they think they are useless there, they will probably leave before you get a chance to deport them.
