Every time someone posts something from the Talmud, I have looked it up, and, what I find, does not match what is posted.
I am not religious, but it seems to me, the Catholic religion only cares about wealth. They pontificate about helping the poor - yet they do not give out their VAST wealth, nor house thd poor - in their walled Vatican.

I think it is a way to focus the mind.
My husband and I dance Argentine Tango, there is nothing of worship to it, but the act of being totally in sinc., makes the mind act in a different way to its usual 'SQUiRREL' activity, it becomes a meditation, which is also a way to focus the mind.
It is this focus, evil wants us to forget, to lose touch with, to stop doing, because it puts us in touch with Source.
