Doesn't he already have one, run by his good friend and real father of "his" children, Martin ( i forgot his Family name)? If it ever becomes known to the general public who he really was, his library will be a source of annoyance anyway.

his library is yet to still be finished since out of office. And not to mention has gone way over budget.
