Happy Friday everyone! I'm off to pick up the paycheck that I worked for this week (government taxes taken out of it, of course), then I'm off to the Courthouse to turn over the entire amount of said paycheck to the same government for property taxes on the home I've already paid for. The insanity of it all just blows my mind today. At this point, if it wasn't for keeping a roof over my elderly Mother's head, I'd let the vultures come take it all and just beg for my food on a nice beach somewhere. My Soul is so sick of this slavery wheel. And yet, here I am...giving unto "Caesar" what is "Caesar's". Will I live to see it end? I don't know. The bright spot is, I get to celebrate Mother's Day with my Mom this Sunday. For that, I am grateful. I'm just gonna hang on to that today.
