BTW, since there has historiccally been bills with pages numbering in the thousands for lawmakers to sign in a very narrow window of time....perhaps the number of pages should be limited to less than 200 or perhaps, less. No one wants to read an entire novel in 24 hours before a vote! No wonder we got so much bologna added in!
