I was sitting on the grass with my small dog in a nice park in Manhattan a few days ago. A little hispanic girl, 8, with 2 smaller boys, 4, 6, approached & asked to play with my dog. I said no. I don't know these kids, and it's not my job to entertain them. As I left, I noticed there was no adult with them. Now, I wonder, were they there to rob me while distracting with my dog? Where were their parents? Who were they? Don't know, don't care. NYC is a free for all.
