That does not work. Duties are based on country of origin, not country it departs from. This is my business.

I agree with you, he still has to pay the tariffs, but I have to wonder if it goes to a warehouse in Canada and then shipped out as a Canadian product. On a side note, my friend was smart, he stocked up and has over 2 years of supplies, he knew Trump was going to hit China with tariffs.

You can get away with shipping onesy twosy but tough to be competitive. It is also a felony.
