Perhaps an approach to consider is to make heat maps of people with certain diagnoses (Lyme, alpha gal, etc.) and the skill set around those areas along with the political ambitions in those areas. What if someone wants to clear an area and bring a certain voting population or demographic in? Would they be willing to hire bad actors to undertake the job? If it sounds crazy, then reports and anecdotal evidence we have of bad actors having better weapons or access to things that our military does not have access to. Rather than look for the one big person to blame it on, consider pockets of actors and "reverse engineer" from where the weird/unusual diagnoses are going on.
