Closing the barn doors AFTER the horses have gotten out is an appropriate analogy of how the wicked reign in the first place. People always say, “Let’s make sure this never happens again.” Preventative maintenance would make a much better outcome for all. How did we get here? We were silently trying to be good people while the wicked had a hay day.
