I'm such a girl when it comes to spiders π¬π¬
I spray them with bug spray, then put the can on top of them for a day or two until I'm sure they're dead, then sweep them into a dustpan. π
Now scorpions when i was in AZ... hair sprayed them (heard it slows then down not sure if that was real) then smashed them from a few feet away with anything!! Those suckers freak me out! They glow in the dark too!

Gor snakes-- wasp spray (burns them and they leave), or peppermint oil (they cant stand the smell....neither can mice)

In FL we had roaches almost big enough to saddle and ride -- hated those things
