I was born (1967) and raised in Dublin Ireland. The control and abuse of the catholic church was ingrained in us. Sinead was our hero - we were about the same age - she was a rebel and we loved her. Her music was angry, sad and beautiful all at once. I moved to London in the late 80's around the time when she was making it big in London and internationally. Once she had the international stage (even though she did it on Irelands favourite saturday night show) her ripping up the picture of the pope gained international recognition ..... and then she was ground down. No wonder she went crazy, I can only imagine what she might have been dealing with. Probably the first artist to be cancelled!

The darkness that has tried to SILENCE MANY .. the list is long .. Whistleblowers who were thought to be off .. are now being platformed .. Silencing in the churches .. Silencing in our government ..
