Here are the levels I use to process this level of heightened awareness.
1. There’s disinformation within the truther movement. Alternative communities are used to test drive the newest fear porn. An example “Peak Oil” had its own documentary, not widely released, but shown in small town theaters. Even the conspiracy theorists are used to further agendas.
2. Hopium is the inverse - fictionalized happy ending scenarios are peddled to pump up our energy for the inevitable disappointment, supposedly loosh-eaters find this tasty.
3. What seems probable and helpful to consider is that some uber-group with a massive superiority complex see “us” as bugs or vermin - to use (slavery), manipulate (mkultra), or exterminate (chemtrails) as they want.
4. Money is the tool and motivation of middle management. Power and control is the currency of the puppet masters.
