That is the same argument a friend used to protest my post about vaccines causing formerly healthy athletes to keel over on the playing field. They claimed that rates of myocarditis and other heart conditions are just better diagnosed today.
I responded in my lifetime athletes were not dropping dead on the playing field until AFTER the scamdemic vaccines started rolling out. They failed to reply.

I watched video up to where the Dr mentions that smokers were immune to covid, and a number of people with multiple symptoms had used a nicotine patch for several days at Dr's request, and found relief. Patches were replaced each day. I may have to add something to my first aid kit. :-)
I will say that I know people who smoked and still got covid, but that won't stop me from trying the patches soon.

Ya never know what might work. If I hadn't grabbed an over-the-counter to try many years ago, I wouldn't have found something that works like magic for a runny nose and allergy symptoms.
