Sharon, keep in mind these prisoners are some of the most dangerous individuals on Planet Earth. They cannot even be allowed to see let alone communicate with the outside world, lest they send out a message, by whisper, lipreading, gangsign or whatever, for their underlings to go out and commit mass-murder of a population.
That's how dangerous they are.
