The wife of deported Salvadorian migrant Kilmar Abrego Garcia accused her husband of violently beating her multiple times in a 2021 court filing exclusively obtained by Daily Mail.

Since his removal, which the Trump administration admits was due to an 'administrative error,' Democrats have been pleading for 'Maryland father' to be released, arguing that he was unlawfully removed from the U.S. and that he is not a criminal. 

But a 2021 petition for protection from domestic violence filled out by Abrego Garcia's wife, Jennifer Vasquez states that the alleged MS-13 member beat his wife multiple times over the years.
