I don’t see what good taking an oath would do. Muslims aren’t allowed to swear oaths outside of Islam. It would be a lie and it would be broken immediately. Do not allow that city to be created. Muslims have no right to live separately under foreign laws in the USA.

Which is precisely my point. We KNOW they are lying so they cannot be admitted into our SOVEREIGN union. This point was brought up in the constitutional conventions on instituting the Constitution.
Absolutely right. They once were banned, then the presidents went along with relaxing and then abandoning the ban. It should be reinstated.
