I was in Mexico last weekend delivering food to orphanages with MCCA (Mexican Christian Children's Association) and I can tell you that the Mexican Federales were everywhere. We traveled through Tijuana to below Ensanda and back through the Guadalupe Valley to Tecate and the military was out in huge numbers.
