The Department of Government Efficiency has canceled $51 million in U.S. African Development Foundation grants.

Scrapped programs include:

-$229K for shea butter marketing in Burkina Faso

-$239K for pineapple juice promotion in Benin

-$246K for mango drying in Ivory Coast

-$99K to boost yogurt production in Uganda

-$48K for a WhatsApp chatbot in Kenya

-$84K for a spa business incubator in Nigeria

-$50K for dragon fruit training in Senegal.
