There are many other countries without any laws whatsoever regarding human cloning, where cloners could move and set up laboratory (6).

The creation of embryos for the purpose of research has been ethically and politically contentious. The term human embryo is defined as any ......organism, ........not protected as a human subject … that is derived by fertilization, parthenogenesis, cloning, or any other means from one more human diploid cells.
