I tried a line of liver detox juices that all had ginger as well as a ginger bomb drink every morning. It burned so bad and caused major heartburn which I never have. I quit after the first day. Would like to know how much ginger to use. I love the taste and smell of ginger in food, but whatever amount they put in those juices was just way more Than my tummy could handle.

No video......I would get 1/2 to 1 inch piece of organic ginger.....skin it and cut up and boil in water for about 5 or so minutes .....strain and drink.....or alter to your taste buds...LOL
