New Trump $5million Gold Card

It occurs to me that this new $5 million gold Trump card that allows a foreigner to become a US citizen, might be a two-edged sword. All applicants will have to be vetted.

If they find applicants who are guilty of human trafficking and other crimes against humanity, or crimes against the US (such as complicity in election interference), per EO 13818 and 13484, that $5 million belongs to the US anyway, and the applicant will have to face a military tribunal. If guilty, we seize ALL of their assets (per the EO).

Honest applicants will, meanwhile, get US citizenship, and the US profits by the $5 million fee and any future investment by that individual or family within the US; including potential business investments.
