What do you do, who do you report it to if you found a puzzle website that you know children use, that also have pictures that are sexual?
They allow regular people to create these puzzles, knowing many many children are using this site.

This site should not come up in a search. It IS a groomer website. Children should never be subjected to the content that is allowed on this site.
A child can do a puzzle and then be prompted to do other puzzles. That of which are sexual in nature. This is insane.

If I came across anything that endangers children, I would report it to FBI at https://www.fbi.gov/ there is a link there you can also call.
You also could report to US Marshals at https://www.usmarshals.gov/ because they also are involved in such investigations.
