What if the JFK Jr. we all knew was only the double playing JFK Jr. .... because, you know... what they always do to the kennedys, they assassinate them... so what if he was always out of the limelight and a different JFK Jr. was presented as him....... thinking out loud

I have no idea. I think the one we think of as JR looks way more like the pic of the child JR.
