Bombing a bunch of Navy Ships, and a Navy Base, killing all those sailors, and civilians, they would have had to lock me in the brig. I would have never done it. So who would have done it? I find it hard to believe that sailors, soldiers , Marines, and Air Force would have done that bombing! Maybe they paid Japanese to do it who knows!
