we are being told to let go of those that cause you negativ environment and anguish as you have no need for it any more. you did it!. have also. i am alone in my family now and truthfully sayi feel no remorse in doing so. i dont know where my sister and brother came from. so unlike me and not nice to each other. havent heard from any of them at all even tho i did not tell my kids to stop communication of which only one does and says he doesnt enjoy their company (wife the narsisist pushes that button. maybe been almost 20 years now?? friends also having trouble talking to them even tho they had a nice personality but limited yah know? been 10 years also.. tough but i dont miss them..
